According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, a (saboteur) is: One that practices sabotage.

RCX is continuing our pursuit of justice in our claim that Jim "Stymie" Buford abused his authority by purposefully excluding our publication (THE ONLY DBE CERTIFIED PUBLICATION IN THE STATE) from notice placement opportunities in the weatherization program, which utilized American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. The U.S. Department of Energy has been in contact with us to further clarify our position. "Stymie" has to realize that this is an election year. President Obama will be facing some tough scrutiny for the ways that some of these "house Negroes" like Jim, failed to utilize stimulus dollars in complete accordance with the rules, law policies, guidelines and procedures set forth for their allocation. Speaking of ARRA fund abuse, Activist Michael Moore and RCX will continue to bring to light the fact that the St. Louis Public Library illegally issued revenue bonds for its current renovation project. Those illegal documents were signed by then, Library Board Vice President, Jacque Land (now President - no doubt rewarded for his act of treachery). With the stroke of a pen, Land assisted St. Louis' racist Mayor Francis G. Slay and others in stealing monies designated for blighted (largely Black) communities to renovate a downtown facility that couldn't qualify for blight no matter how you looked at it.

Finally, RCX will be investigating the recent awarding of Youth At Risk funds by the Public Safety Committee of the St. Louis City Board of Aldermen. The committee is chaired by 27 Ward Alderman Greg Carter, who has not been the most cooperative fellow with our Sunshine Requests to date. He may be "bucking" for an award. We'll keep you posted.
