DAVID vs GOLIATH II

David Triumphs Again

The Biggest Loser: - Paul McKee's MANY companies are big contributors to Slay, so when McKee loses, so does St. Louis' divisive mayor.

July 2, 2010 - On the same day that the Board of Alderman voted to impose a trash collection fee of $11.00 per month on the citizens of St. Louis, the rights of an individual and (individuals) were upheld against the 'Mighty Dragon,' developer Paul McKee. Paul McKee's financing was nixed by 22nd Judicial Circuit Court Judge Robert Dierker, in a declaratory judgement, which basically said that the Board of Aldermen approved Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) funding for a project that there is no evidence could be achieved. The deal is DEAD.

McKee's sweeping blight studies were actually proven to be just one dimensional by videograhy, rendered by RiverCity Publications, in cooperation with Attorney Dave Roland of Rex Sinquefield's Show-Me Institute. Bonzella Smith, Isiah Hair and Cheryl Nelson were the plaintiffs that sued to keep their properties from being swept into the blight study. The plaintiffs were represented by Attorneys W. Beavis Schock, Dorian Amon and Eric Vickers (Activist).

Attorney Vickers also has his sights set on the St. Louis Art Museum Expansion and the lack of minority inclusion on that project. RiverCity Publications has also produced film evidence for that case. Stay tuned.

This plus the police board makes 2-0 in favor of the people. Maybe the Mayor can get McKee to go to work on "Ballpark Village."
