St. Louis City Madness

Federal Judge Francis G Slay!!!

RCE will be taking on the roll of managing a campaign for Francis G. Slay to be appointed to a federal bench as a United States District Judge. Please be aware that Slay never asked for our services in this endeavor. We just feel that this is in the best interest of the Black community and the St. Louis community at large to get him put somewhere that he can do less harm. This will also serve as an effort to save some of our bootlickers and homegrown negroes from themselves. To remove Slay from their grasp will hopefully put their focus back on the people that they all claim to serve.

Some won't take this seriously. I could imagine how funny it seems, but let me assure you, RCE will work tirelessly in this effort to rid us of (aid) the mayor in this endeavor. Our next issues will be dedicated to giving the mayor a lifelong appointment so that he won't ever have to smile at another Black person again. That has to make him feel better to even imagine this.

Because it will be up to President Obama to make this appointment, the staff of the RiverCity Examiner have crafted a letter of support to the President to aid him in this important decision.

Jeff Rainford, Chief of Staff

"If I do a good deed for them, get my picture in one of their papers with their thugs, get mentioned on one of their radio shows, that will erase all that I do to make CERTAIN that they never have opportunities in this city. Silly Negroes."

Claude Brown, Sr. - President of the St. Louis City Chapter of the NAACP

"Mas'r (Mayor), I'm so angry about the things that 'colored' boy writes about you, I'm just trembling all over with disgust. You can see on my face the disdain that I have for him takin' his pictures and shooting his videos, tryin' to make good folks like you look bad. Don't he know that we (the NAACP) named you 'Most Inspiring St. Louisan.' We know what we're talking about. I just hope you're a little angry too, Mas'r (Mayor)."

22 Ward Alderman Jeffrey Boyd

Clearly an intelligent and articulate brother, but confused into thinking that he needs Slay to prioritize his projects at the state level. When last RCE looked, no one at the state really gives a damn about anything that Slay cares about. Wake up, Brother, & get your lips off of that man's boots or whatever...
