Black Publications? Fronts? Shams?

A source has revealed that there are questions being raised about the validity some of St. Louis' so-called Black publications. There is cause to believe that there may be a sham or front being perpetrated on Black people. (Nothing new here). The real issue is the allocation of advertisement dollars, some by federal, state and local agencies, which are earmarked for Minority publications, aiding in the perpetuation and growth of sham businesses.

RiverCity Publications, Inc. is a certified Minority and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the City of St. Louis and the St. Louis Airport Authority. For the record and so that everyone is clear, my business would not hesitate to file a lawsuit against any federal, state or local agency that contributes to a fraud being perpetrated on the Black community and deprives this publication of revenue from funds allocated to businesses which are legitimately certified and positioned to receive those funds.
